When the site is requested, technically necessary request data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and device information, and the referrer supplied by the browser.

The data is used to deliver the site, maintain availability and security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical errors. Where GDPR applies, this processing relies on the controller’s legitimate interest in a secure and reliable web service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing is also carried out transparently under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Berner Martkeingplanung Gmbh uses Findinity as the technical platform provider and contracted hosting and CDN providers. AWS CloudFront is among the services used to deliver custom domains.

AWS CloudFront uses a global network. Technical request data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland or the EEA. Necessary transfers rely on the applicable contractual data-protection safeguards.

Technical logs are retained for no more than 30 days unless a specific security incident or legal duty requires a longer period.

This site does not use audience analytics, personalized advertising, marketing pixels, profiling, public forms, or automated individual decisions.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and, where available, data portability. Send requests to info@bmponline.ch.

You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where GDPR applies, the competent European data-protection authority.
